Integrations

A turnkey platform's real value is in its seams. This chapter lists every integration and states plainly which are running, which are written against a published contract but have never met the vendor, and which are mocks.

Game providers

Provider State
stake-engine Live. Self-hosted and included, with one playable slot. Runs end to end.
OnlyPlay Verified against the vendor's staging. Signed launch and catalog. Needs a commercial contract for production.
qooob Running on the platform's staging. Aggregator fronting many studios. Sessions are never reused or resumed. A backoffice test page can force a bet or win callback to fail for one player, on local and staging only.
BetConstruct Written, unsigned. Complete adapter against Casino Integration API 3.1.3, with signature verification. Never run against the vendor.
Pragmatic Play Written, unsigned. Signed launch and catalog fetch. Never run against the vendor.
Evolution (live dealer) Design only. No code. Uses a separate-wallet model that inverts who holds the balance, so it needs its own integration rather than another adapter.

Adding a provider means one adapter against a defined interface. The round lifecycle, settlement, bonus and jackpot logic are shared and unchanged.

OnlyPlay and qooob accounts can be created from the backoffice (Casino โ†’ Providers): the operator picks the kind and enters the partner identifiers and signing secret, and the provider appears with its catalog sync. The other adapters are still configured on the server.

Sports data

Source Role State
LSports Push feed for live in-play betting โ€” fixtures, scores, markets, settlement Running on the platform's staging, credentials-gated. Full message consumer in the ingester process, with event status taken from the live score feed, settlement recovery and a live coverage window. Switched off without credentials; production needs the operator's own contract. When the analytics store is present, the raw feed is recorded to it for 120 days so a match can be replayed.
The Odds API Pre-match and in-play odds (match result and totals), live scores, final results for settlement Live. A polling ingester in the same process, paced by how many players are watching and by the credits left on the plan.
TheSportsDB Team crests, non-soccer league badges, competitor nationalities Live. Free tier.
API-Football Soccer league badges Live. Free tier, 100 requests/day.
Wikidata Competitor country flags Live, optional. Matches new competitors by name. A language model breaks ties for ambiguous matches only when an Anthropic key is configured; otherwise TheSportsDB stays the flag source.

Every source normalizes into the same catalog shape, so suppliers can be added or swapped without touching the bet engine. Either supported odds feed (LSports or The Odds API) can be added as a betting provider from the backoffice and made the active one there; the ingester follows the switch without a restart. One provider is active at a time. Each feed is enabled on the server by its own setting, and the ingester process exits cleanly when neither is. In the shipped Compose deployment the ingester is itself off by default and starts only with its own profile, so a plain deploy runs no sports feed until you turn it on. See Sportsbook for how the poller spends its quota.

Payments

Provider State
Trustly Scaffolded, not working. Request signing and signature verification are stubs that throw, so every call fails; it registers only where the money isn't real.
Transak Written, unconfigured. Real adapter with webhook verification. Defaults to the vendor's staging host.
Crypto test processor Testnet only. Bundled service for USDT (Tron), USDC and ETH (Ethereum) and BTC. Refuses to register in production; mainnet custody or processing needs a vendor.
Mock provider Development only. Self-completing. Refuses to register in a production environment.
Bank Mock only. The operator bank (client and operating accounts, profit taking, funding) moves money through a bank adapter. The only adapter shipped is a development mock; in production the Bank page records settlements but transfers are switched off until a real bank integration is written.

Identity verification

Provider State
Document upload Live, and the default. No vendor: the player uploads documents to private storage and your staff decide in the backoffice review queue. Runs with no contract at all.
Any identity vendor Seam only. The provider interface, region/level routing table and signed-webhook rails are built and tested, but no vendor adapter ships. Going live with one is a new adapter file plus a routing-table change, not a rewrite.
Mock provider Development only. Fabricates approvals and signs webhooks with a locally-known secret. Unreachable in production.

Supporting services

Service Role State
Email (SMTP or Amazon SES) Transactional email and email campaigns Live. Any SMTP service works; the staging server sends through Mailgun's EU region. Amazon SES is also supported and is the transport whose delivery, bounce and complaint events feed campaign statistics and the suppression list. Whichever you choose, check the vendor's gambling policy first: approval is per account and domain, and a suspension takes password-reset mail down with it. Keep promotional mail on a separate authenticated subdomain so campaign complaints cannot degrade security mail.
Chatwoot Customer support conversations Live, off by default (one switch turns the support routes and the player launcher on). Player-facing chat is built in our own design system against their public client API; agents use their console. The free tier covers the whole player experience; team routing and the agent context panel need a paid plan or a self-hosted install. Moving between the two is a change of address, not a rewrite.
IP geolocation Country of each visitor, for the region gate Live for country, using a local DB-IP Lite database the wizard and make geo-db download. No network call at request time. It carries no VPN or proxy verdict; that needs a paid IP-intelligence vendor, which is not built.
Google and Telegram sign-in Optional ways for players to register and log in Live, each off until its credentials are set. Telegram uses OpenID Connect.
AI model providers The AI assistant, generated art (Gemini), and competitor matching (Anthropic) Live, optional. The assistant runs on Claude (default), Gemini or OpenAI, chosen by one setting and the matching key.
Telegram bot Alert delivery for monitoring alerts and critical assistant findings Live, optional.
Exchange Rate API FX rates for reporting rollups and for converting USD-based sportsbook limits Live. Free tier, cached. Reporting fails soft; a sportsbook bet that needs a missing rate is refused.
ClickHouse Optional analytics copy of the ledger, bets and sports activity Live, optional and self-hosted. Off without a connection setting. When present, dashboards and the Trending ranking read from it and fall back to the main database whenever it lags or errors; a few backoffice analytics pages exist only with it.
S3-compatible storage Game and provider artwork Live, optional. Defaults to local disk; switches to S3 (or any S3-compatible host) with one setting, and to a CDN with another.
Grafana Cloud Metrics, dashboards and alerting Live. A collector pushes outbound; four dashboards and twenty alert rules ship, delivered to a Telegram chat.
Sentry Error tracking Live, optional. Off entirely without a key. Strips personal data before sending.

A note on artwork

Team crests are currently served as the artwork provider's own URLs rather than re-hosted. Those hosts are rate-limited and can go down, so an image can fail to load at render time. The storage layer to re-host them already exists; wiring the backfill to use it is outstanding.

Scope & Roadmap

Implemented. One self-hosted game provider working end to end and two third-party providers running on staging (both creatable from the backoffice), two odds feeds (The Odds API, and LSports on staging, both pre-match and in-play, with automatic settlement), backoffice switching between odds feeds, three artwork sources, SMTP or SES email, free country geolocation, Google and Telegram sign-in, customer-support chat, FX, an optional analytics store, object storage, metrics and error tracking, and a choice of three AI model providers for the assistant.

Written but not commercially live. Two game-provider adapters, the LSports feed (running on staging, no production contract), and one payment provider (Transak); the Trustly adapter still needs its signing written. Each needs a contract and credentials rather than engineering.

Mocked. Identity-vendor verification (the vendor-free document upload is live) and affiliate payouts.

Absent. Live dealer, SMS and push messaging, VPN and proxy detection, and any AML screening not bundled with the identity vendor.
