Partner Portal
The partner portal is a separate web app on its own address, built for business users on desktops. It is not part of the player site and never shares a login with it, and it is kept outside the staff backoffice.
Accounts and team
There is no self-signup: every login starts as an invite, from your staff or from the partner's owner. A partner signs in with their own partner account, and the owner can invite team members (and block, remove or re-invite them). Every login can use two-factor authentication; it is required before any money action — withdrawing, adding a payment method, setting automatic withdrawal, creating API credentials. Five wrong passwords lock a login for 15 minutes. Partners can see their active sessions and sign them out. A paused partner can still sign in and read; a disabled partner cannot.
Dashboard
Visits, registrations, first deposits and commission this month, compared with the previous period (day, week or month), a chart of first deposits per day, and postbacks that need attention.
Campaigns and tracking links
A short wizard: name the campaign, then choose a traffic source and a landing page for its first link. The portal gives back a short link and, if you want one, a promo code. A campaign shows its terms as plain sentences, or terms pending until your manager sets them, plus the history of changes (what and when, not who or why). Campaigns can be renamed, archived and restored. Links can allow deep links, and a link whose landing page is no longer offered is flagged. See Tracking & Attribution.
Postbacks
Postbacks for the whole account, one campaign or one tracking link: pick the events, build the URL with a tracker preset or write the template with variables, send a test, and read the delivery log.
Reports
Statistics over a date range (reports open on today), filtered by campaign, tracking link, promo code, traffic source or currency, grouped by day, month, campaign, link, traffic source, country or one of your own parameters. A traffic report and a cohort report (players by signup month) sit alongside. Money columns show one currency at a time and are never converted. Commission shows when grouped by month or campaign. Any statistics report exports to CSV or Excel in the background, kept for 30 days. Money figures in reports come from the same ledger as your bills.
Earnings
Your balance in your payout currency: total owed and what you can withdraw (approved bills only). Your monthly commission, your bills (with corrections, terms changes and sub-affiliate earnings), your payments and their status, and your withdrawal and automatic-withdrawal settings. A crypto payout asks for an address on the currency's network. See Bills, Payouts & Reconciliation.
Sub-affiliates
Shown only to partners with a sub-affiliate deal. It lists the share and time limit, the partners you have brought in with what you earned from each, and lets you propose a new partner, which your affiliate manager reviews. If the deal ends the page stays readable with what you earned before.
Account and team
Your login, password and two-factor authentication; the team page for owners; and, for the owner, API credentials.
Partner API
API credentials let a partner's own systems read bills, campaigns, payments, tracking links, landing pages and daily statistics, and create campaigns and tracking links. Keys are shown once and can be archived at any time. A separate read-only statistic feed (JSON or XML) serves tools that can only poll a URL.
Scope & Roadmap
Everything above is part of the program. The portal has no banner library, manager contacts page or news feed.
