Everything staff do in the program happens in the backoffice, under Affiliates. Changes to partners, campaigns, links, postbacks, terms, payout currency, payout processor and payouts are recorded in the audit log with the staff member's name.

The partner list

One row per partner: name and code, status, players signed up and first deposits over the last 30 days, and what you owe them now. Tiles above the list total what is owed across all partners, new players in the last 30 days and commission earned this month. Filters answer the two daily questions — who is live and who needs paying — and a search finds a partner by name, code or email.

Below the list: the queue of sub-affiliate proposals waiting for review, and the Registration counting setting (count a sign-up at registration or once the email is confirmed).

A partner's page

The page has four tabs.

Money. What you owe in the partner's payout currency, what is withdrawable, a Pay button, the last payment and the payment history. Below: automatic withdrawal settings, the partner's bills, and the monthly commission table (net revenue, revenue share, CPA and carried amounts per month).

Performance. Clicks, sign-ups (and the share of clicks), first deposits (and the share of sign-ups) and commission earned this month, then the same statistics, traffic and cohort reports the partner reads, for staff.

Campaigns. The partner's campaigns, each with its terms written as a sentence, links, clicks, sign-ups and first deposits. Staff can create and rename a campaign (optionally setting terms at once), archive or restore it, and open its tracking links with their traffic source, landing page, promo code and results — what a manager needs to review traffic by source. A link whose landing page you have retired reads "(no longer offered)".

Account. Contact email, how the partner is paid, the payout currency (with Change payout currency), how long a click counts for them, where their postbacks go and since when they have been a partner. Also the partner's logins, postbacks, the partner's sub-affiliates and parent, and the sub-affiliate deal.

Campaign terms

Terms are set per campaign (Campaigns tab › Set terms or Terms). The editor fills each field inside the sentence it controls — "Pay [25%] of their players' net revenue each month" — with a worked example of the flat-rate rule. Saving requires a reason and applies from that moment; it cannot be scheduled or back-dated, so earlier earnings keep the terms they were earned on. The history lists every version with its date, author, reason and what changed. A campaign without terms shows Terms pending and earns nothing.

Partner logins

Invite the partner's owner and team, resend an invite, block, unblock or remove a login, and see each login's last sign-in and whether it has two-factor authentication. Reset 2FA turns off a login's authenticator, signs it out everywhere and emails the person; the modal tells staff to confirm who is asking first. Without an active owner, nobody on the partner side can manage the team until you invite a new one.

Pausing a partner

Pause is a destructive action with a confirmation that states what it does: new clicks on the partner's links stop counting, play during the pause earns no commission (even after they resume), players they already referred stay theirs, and anything owed can still be paid. A reason is required and saved to the audit log with the staff member's name. Resume works the same way.

Sub-affiliates

On the Account tab, staff set or clear a partner's parent and change a partner's sub-affiliate deal (share, optional months, reason). Proposals from parents are approved or rejected from the partner list. Rules are in Campaign Terms & Commission.

Bills and payouts

Affiliates › Bills. The queue of bills waiting for approval: the period's commission, earlier months, converted amounts, sub-affiliate earnings, room for corrections with a comment, then approve, hold or cancel. Two cards sit above it: the payout processor (mock or crypto) and Payouts waiting, the withdrawals partners or automatic withdrawal requested, which staff mark paid or failed with a reason when the processor is mock.

Performance

Affiliates › Performance shows what partners brought in — for every partner, a few, or single campaigns — as a funnel (registrations, first deposits, repeat depositors), a daily chart and a ranked table, with commission and what is owed now.

Landing pages and manual runs

Affiliates › Destinations is the allow-list of landing paths tracking links may point at. Removing one stops it being offered; links already pointing at it keep working and are flagged. The accrual job can be run by hand from the Jobs page.

Scope & Roadmap

Everything above is part of the program. Staff without access to players' personal data see partner names and payout addresses masked.
