Affiliate Program

An affiliate (or partner) is an outside marketer — a review site, a streamer, a media buyer — who sends you players and is paid commission on them. The program is self-serve for the partner, the way the industry runs it: partners sign in to their own portal, start their own campaigns and tracking links, wire postbacks into their own tracker, read reports and withdraw their earnings. You set each campaign's commission terms, watch the traffic and approve what gets paid. Partners join by invitation only; there is no open sign-up.

Three apps, three audiences

App Who uses it Role in the program
Player site (casino and sportsbook) Players Where referred players land through a partner's link, sign up and play. Players never see the affiliate program.
Backoffice Your staff Where you run the program: partners, campaign terms, traffic review, bill approval, payouts, pausing. See Operator Tools.
Partner portal Partners and their team members Where partners start campaigns and tracking links, set up postbacks, read reports and withdraw. See Partner Portal.

All three talk to the same server and the same ledger, so a partner's earnings, your liability to them and the player activity behind both are one set of books.

The lifecycle

Partner starts a campaign and creates tracking links
└─► You set the campaign's commission terms
└─► A visitor clicks a link — the visit and its parameters are recorded
└─► Visitor signs up — last click wins, player bound for good
                    └─► Player deposits and plays
└─► Commission accrues hourly at the terms in force
└─► A bill is issued per month
└─► Staff approve it — the partner withdraws

Each step has its own chapter:

  1. Tracking & Attribution — campaigns, tracking links, visits, the binding rule, conversions and postbacks.
  2. Campaign Terms & Commission — revenue share, CPA, USD terms, dated term versions, how commission is calculated and corrected, and sub-affiliate deals.
  3. Bills, Payouts & Reconciliation — from accrued commission to money the partner can withdraw, in the partner's payout currency.
  4. Operator Tools — the backoffice screens.
  5. Partner Portal — the partner's own app.

Scope & Roadmap

Built. Partner portal with team logins and two-factor authentication; partner-started campaigns with staff-set, dated terms; tracking links with traffic sources, landing pages, deep links and promo codes; visit parameters; configurable, signed postbacks with tracker presets; partner reports with cohorts and CSV or Excel export; one payout currency per partner; monthly bills with staff approval; withdrawals by hand or on an automatic schedule; the partner API and statistic feed; sub-affiliate deals; audited staff changes; and the backoffice screens that run it.

Partial. Payouts. There is a mock processor (staff mark each payout paid by hand) and a crypto processor that works on a test network only. No live payment processor is connected yet.

Not offered. Open partner sign-up, a media library of banners, and sub-affiliate chains deeper than one level.

Open decisions. Whether tracking runs on a separate tracking domain, and whether one operator runs more than one brand.
